Is it possible to obtain footage from a private investigator's investigation?

A client is entitled to all our work products. This includes reports, photos and videos.

If you are not a client or party to the litigation or the investigative matter, the evidence (footage as referenced above) must be subpoenaed in the legal proceedings.
